Delivery

Customers who purchase apparel, jewelry or accessories from our shop will receive their order either by postal airmail or DHL delivery, depending on their location (country, remote area, etc…).

We strive to dispatch orders within 2-3 days after successful payment was received, provided all items are in stock. Orders with out-of-stock items will usually be dispatched within 2-4 weeks.

Postal airmail delivery within EU territory takes an average of 5-7 work days to arrive after dispatch, while all other deliveries (including overseas) take about 10-15 work days. DHL delivery takes 2-3 days to all destinations, including USA (please inquire if available to your area).

Important: please note that these delivery times are provided by the transport companies, which are not legally bound by the average times they indicate. They serve as reference only. While in most cases these averages are correct, depending on circumstances actual delivery can take longer, which is beyond our control.

Military Addresses

YES! We do ship to US military addresses like APO/FPO! Delivery to military addresses is only possible by postal airmail only, as signature is required on receipt. So just like PO boxes, DHL delivery is not available, only regular postal mail.

Please note that transit times for your purchased might be longer because the military mail will have to re-route your parcel to your current location.

We have many customers in the armed forces, and are proud to give the men and women serving far away from home something to look forward too. If receiving a parcel from The Black Angel gothic shop can give you a smile, we’re happy to contribute.

Local Taxes

All prices on our website are by default set to display in Euros and including 16% VAT tax. This tax is applicable for orders within the EU only. Customers from outside the EU are exempt, and won’t have to pay VAT during checkout.

However, local taxes may still apply and customs might charge you import taxes, depending on your country’s tax rules and regulations. These import taxes and customs fees are at the customers expense, and are not included in the purchase price.

Shipping Fees

Our gothic clothing store offers customers the advantage of a flat shipping fee for all orders. This offers you the advantage of not having to worry about quantity, size or weight issues when placing your order – your shipping fees will always be the same. You will never pay more, no matter what you order.

Shipping fees become really expensive once you exceed the 2 Kg mark, which is why The Black Angel has decided to cover the difference for you.

Our shipping rate is calculated on the cost of sending a 2 Kg box. Most of our clothing is rather heavy; orders for two items or more exceed that limit, so the flat fee is a huge advantage for our international customers when shopping for goth clothing.
