!

Find out about our easy and uncomplicated returns and exchange policy.

We have a fairly easy and uncomplicated returns and exchange procedure. One of the main worries when buying clothing over internet is, what happens if an item does not fit, will I be able to exchange it? This is one worry our customers have less, because the answer is clearly yes, you can of course exchange items that are too small or too large.

CHOSING THE RIGHT SIZE - PT.1

!
S/M - M/L - L/XL

S/M, M/L and X/XL are abbreviations that stand for:

  • S/M = small / medium
  • M/L = medium / large
  • L/XL = large / extra large

S/M means that an item ranges from S to M, so if you have a clothing size S or ranging from S to M depending on the brand, you should opt for this one, whereas if you sometimes need M, sometimes L, you should go for M/L and so on. Please keep in mind that these are European sizes, which are a bit smaller than US sizes.

S - M - L - XL

XS, S, M, L and XL are abbreviations that stand for:

  • XS = extra small
  • S = small
  • M = medium
  • L = large
  • XL = extra large

Size S is for a very slim body build, whereas size M and L will fit most average shaped people. XL is for taller people with a strong build. Please note that these are general references and might vary from item to item. In case of extremely small or large items, this will be noted in the item description. Also, please keep in mind that these are European sizes, which are a bit smaller than US sizes.

CHOSING THE RIGHT SIZE - PT.3

!
26" - 28" - 30" - 32" - 34" - 36"
These figures are classic jeans sizes like those found on traditional Levi’s trousers, and are the waist measurement in inches. A size 32” means the trousers have a waist circumference of 32 inches, which is about 81-82 centimeters. If you are unfamiliar with jeans sizes, just measure your waist with a measuring meter, most have both inches and centimeters, so you will be able to figure which size will fit you best.

Onesize

CLOTHES: Onesize (also known as OS) is a size that will fit most average body builds, ranging from a large size S to a small size L, and everything in between. Onesize items are not available in any other size, it is the only size available from the designers making that item. If your usual clothing size is somewhere between S and L, Onesize should fit you. Please note that these are European averages, and are slightly smaller than their US equivalent. Please refer to the chart below for an estimation of what a size S, M or L corresponds too.

ACCESSORIES: In the case of accessories, onesize means that these accessories are only available in one size that will fit any average person (for bracelets, chokers, etc) or that sizes are not really applicable (for example hairclips, cyberlox, goggles, etc).
