Shipping (delivery time & costs)

The Black Angel gothic shop offers you several shipping options for all clothing and accessories available online, depending on your location. We ship to all of Europe, USA (including APO and FPO military addresses), Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. You might be able to purchase our gothic clothing outside of these territories, this is a case-by-case decision, so please contact us first to inquire.

Delivery

Customers who purchase gothic clothing from our shop will receive their order either by regular postal airmail or DHL delivery, depending on their location (country, remote area, etc...). Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 days after successful payment was received and all items are in stock. Orders with out-of-stock items will usually be dispatched within 2 weeks. Postal airmail delivery within EU territory takes an average of 5-7 work days, while all other deliveries (including overseas) take about 10-15 work days. DHL delivery takes 2-3 days to all destinations, including USA (please inquire if available to your area).

Military Addresses

YES! We do ship to US military addresses like APO/FPO! Delivery to military addresses is only possible by postal airmail, it is unfortunately not available from DHL due to the nature of military mail addresses. Delivery of the gothic clothing or accessories you purchased might take a few days longer; the military mail will have to re-route your parcel to your current location. We have many customers in the armed forces, and are proud to give the men and women serving far away from home something to look forward too. If receiving a parcel from The Black Angel can give you a smile, we're happy to contribute.

Local Taxes

All prices for our gothic clothing, jewelry and other accessories include 15% VAT, which is applicable for orders within the EU only. Customers from outside the EU are exempt, and won't have to pay VAT during checkout. 15% VAT will be deducted from the final price (3% only for reduced tax items). However, local taxes may still apply and customs might charge you import taxes, depending on your country's tax rules and regulations.

Shipping Fees

Our gothic clothing store offers customers the advantage of a flat shipping fee for all orders. This offers you the advantage of not having to worry about quantity, size or weight issues when placing your order – your shipping fees will always be the same. Shipping fees become really expensive once you exceed the 2 Kg mark, which is why The Black Angel has decided to cover the difference for you. Our shipping rate is calculated on the cost of sending a 2 Kg box. Most of our clothing is rather heavy; orders for two items or more exceed that limit, so the flat fee is a huge advantage for our international customers when shopping for clothing.
